Quartier 206 may be nice, but isn't it just more of the same shops that you find in every major city?
I believe to recall that there were many nice "local" shops in the area of Hackescher Höfe, but maybe it was mostly about women's clothing. I was in Berlin with my wife, and spent more time in women's clothing shops then in the shops I would have liked to look at. However, I must say that my wife found a beautiful overcoat by some local designer. Beautiful and original. They did not have her size but called the designer who still had one of that size, which was brought to the shop the next day.

I have no idea (last time I was in Berlin is some two years ago).

Just contact them and ask!

Thanks! It's not too far from Budapester which carries C&J, Alden, etc.

Consider visiting Schuhe Konzept too, they carry Carmina, Lobb, Gaziano & Girling etc. It's in Charlottenburg if I recall correctly.
