Tux Shirts - Different Colors then white? And where to get them?

I had to sit through Titanic twice this weekend, and the thought occured to me... Tux shirts are pretty cool even with out the rest of the tux (Think James Bond in "For Your Eyes Only...")

What's the best outlet for Tux shirts? And can you get them in other colors besides white?

A non-white tuxedo shirt? The only other option would be a monochromatic look, so a black or dark grey shirt under your tuxedo would work- but only if you work for the mob.

Ecru is a classic formal shirt color. Pretty much any other color (excluding white) will be hard to find in a non-tacky shirt.

Charvet sells numerous ruffled formal shirts in different colorways like violet and lemonade yellow.

However, I think an eau-de-nil would look nice for a formal shirt.

I've been wondering about wearing tux shirts casually (open collar, etc) for a while - does anyone have thoughts on the idea?

I've sort of done it, but it's not really a tuxedo shirt, and it was navy. the pleats go all the way down and are really, really small, almost to the point where they aren't pleats anymore, but just very slight folds.

totally separate, but here are some colored tux shirts:
