Picked some up on sale. I can't say that I'm overly impressed. 3 styles of the "Jack shoe" and one of the "Paris shoe".
Fit is OK. Will take some breaking in, which is fine.
Not really thrilled with the construction quality on 2 of the 3 jack shoes.
The Paris looks to be exactly what I was looking for, so I'm at 1.5/4, but the other shoes aren't far enough off to send them back.
Overall, first impression is that Taft is below Allen Edmonds, Barker, and other brands I usually deal with.
Not a deal breaker, but anyone else have better insights?
