Sale was last week, 20% discount and samples sale.Does Truman do any black friday or holiday season sales?
I nearly always have a problem with my left little toe getting squashed when everything else fits right, so I’ve several pairs of boots stretched to help that. It can definitely buy you a little room. Maybe not the whole toebox, depending on how structured it is and whether there is celastic reinforcement, but it may give you what you need. I’ve always had my local cobbler do it. It’s not very complex of a process.Question for the group here-
I have a MTO pair from 2019 in Maryam beech horse rump, stitchdown, 10.5D. For various reasons, these remained unworn until last week when I pulled them from the archives. The right boot is very tight through the vamp and has a narrow toe box. I've been through probably eight Trumans, all size 10.5 in various constructions and leathers, never had an issue until now.
Reached out to Truman and after some back/forth they offered to stretch them. Is that a viable solution? I see how stretching could increase rhe volume for tightness in the vamp, but does stretching somehow increase the toe box?
As you can see, these are beautiful and Truman nailed the stitchdown pattern. Would love to finally wear these, but I'm not sure I could survive the break-in much less daily wear. Appreciate any input.

The important thing the cobbler told me was to make sure I wear the shoes regularly after receiving them back otherwise they would loose their new shape.
