Khaki Kudu is pretty great and a perfect match for a green feign. A little more uncomfortable than my other Truman Kudu also more slick with the lining.

Maiden entry into Truman Boots with these Vintage Military Horse Rump. Size 13EE based on the feedback here & Facebook group and glad to confirm it was on point.
Don't think the 13D would have worked out.
Black spots on the heel which I think are from the black paper in the packaging, hopefully they will lighten up over time.

Question for the group here-

I have a MTO pair from 2019 in Maryam beech horse rump, stitchdown, 10.5D. For various reasons, these remained unworn until last week when I pulled them from the archives. The right boot is very tight through the vamp and has a narrow toe box. I've been through probably eight Trumans, all size 10.5 in various constructions and leathers, never had an issue until now.

Reached out to Truman and after some back/forth they offered to stretch them. Is that a viable solution? I see how stretching could increase rhe volume for tightness in the vamp, but does stretching somehow increase the toe box?

As you can see, these are beautiful and Truman nailed the stitchdown pattern. Would love to finally wear these, but I'm not sure I could survive the break-in much less daily wear. Appreciate any input.

A couple pics-

I nearly always have a problem with my left little toe getting squashed when everything else fits right, so I’ve several pairs of boots stretched to help that. It can definitely buy you a little room. Maybe not the whole toebox, depending on how structured it is and whether there is celastic reinforcement, but it may give you what you need. I’ve always had my local cobbler do it. It’s not very complex of a process.

I've had one pair of shoes stretched. In this case it definitely made the shoes more comfortable for me to wear.

The important thing the cobbler told me was to make sure I wear the shoes regularly after receiving them back otherwise they would loose their new shape.

Thx, gents. I'll send them off to Truman for a stretch. Fingers crossed.

My first foray into Truman boots, till now I have largely been a Grant Stone and Trickers boots person.

Martini rambler boots which I snagged during the Black Friday sale. I am quite blown away by the construction and solidity of these boots. Love boots on the chonkier side, and Truman doesn't disappoint. The dark green rambler leather is absolutely chock full of character. Looking forward to breaking them in.
