I have a problem with a suit that I recently bought at "La Maison Simons".

After buying the suit and paying for the alterations, I realized that there was a slight imperfection in the fabric of the pants near the crotch. I thought it was only a color default.

However, after wearing the suit a couple of time I realized that it was a weak point in the fabric. This weak point made a hole after wearing the suit 3 times.

Would it be fair to ask for a replacement trouser? Should I ask "La Maison Simons" (the retailer) to work with the retailer to get me a trouser that is not faulty?

I paid $800. http://imgur.com/a/IAqpV

Yes - contact the retailer and share your concerns.
