I think I remember this - IIRC, it's basically the Polo Darlton but in a tan or brown scotch grain leather.
I can't remember which model of C&J it is, but off the top of my head the Polo Darlton/J Crew show probably corresponds to the Swansea pattern (but with a leather sole and different materaial, I think the Swansea is a smooth waxy leather and dainite sole).
Edit: Looks like the Darlton/J Crew model is more of a Pembrooke/Cardiff pattern - compare
