Yes -
convenience: end of the day clothes will go there or will lay out clothes for the next day (although that is really a rarity) and sometime to air out a suit.

Had one but I ditched it because I never used it. There wasn't much point in hanging my clothes somewhere before wearing them, hanging them back up, or putting them in the laundry.

I have one, a solid mahogany antique reproduction (1987 is the cat number) from Furniture Traders Australia - http://www.furnituretraders.com.au/c...ail.php?id=416 - who has a store in my little town.

I usually let my suit jacket air out on it, before and after wearing, and hang my pants there overnight before being worn to give them their shape, in case I've hung them off-kilter in my wardrobe - working on getting a proper men's armoire like the one On The Fly had for a while, the Integridy Evolution or something, but the closest I've been able to come is buying an Ikea job that I don't much like.

I also keep my wallet, change purse, keys, money clip, pen, pencil, and other odds and ends in the drawers and recessed top when I'm not out.
