There isn't a list of sizes available - you have to post a question on the page for the shoe/boot you are interested in, or send them an e-mail directly. Personally I dislike this system (it feels a bit like playing boot battleship ...) but I guess they have a reason for doing things this way.

Saying that I should add that I was one of the customers on the Oscar boot last year (finally picked them up from my friend in Hong Kong recently) and I only have good things to say about the customer service at Skoaktie (in particularly there was a problem with my Paypal payment that they worked to get sorted) so if there a shoe you are interested in just contact them.
Excellent customer service, and frankly I rather like the personalized service, and the response time is very quick.

Everyone will be drunk on moonshine and schnapps. The girls will have seven different kinds of flowers in their hair. The men will put on their Sunday’s finest. We will dance and jump around a giant phallus like crazy people. Grandma, grandpa, siblings, the in-laws, uncles, aunts and that cousin with a lazy eye will be there, and the Old Gods will be watching over us all. There will be bryggdans, små grodorna, sill, knäckebröd, hembränt, Västerbottenpaj, folköl and a lot of other stuff that you won’t be able to pronounce (just like Skoaktiebolaget). In short it is Midsommar in Sweden and we will be celebrating like pagans, closing shop from Friday 21th open up on Monday the 24th, very hung over. Glad Midsommar!

Have fun with the midsummer celebrations. But please clean the laces again after use!
Glasses ready? Then let's begin. "Tänk om jag hade lilla nubben på ett snöre i halsen ...." :)

Clearly I am still hung over from Midsummer, I wrote the wrong prices at first (it should be 4700 minus VAT instead of 5700 as I previously wrote).

I've never bought EG but this may be my chance.

Please help me with sizing. This is what I wear normally

Alden Barrie Last 9 D
Alden Leydon & Grant Last 9.5D
Carmina Rain, Robert, and Inca Last 8.5UK - (Rain and Inca are snug but not too tight)
Carmina Simpson 9UK (a little loose)

Is this enough to guess what my Edward Green size my be?

The EG last i'm interested in is the 888 and 82. What are the characteristics of these last?

I go up a half size from Carmina Rain to EG 888 last, so for Rain 8.5 UK I would go 9 in EG 888 last.

Hi Pastor, I'll do my best. Given what you are telling me I would go for a UK 8.5 in the 888 and 82 last. We usually recommend people to size down half a size from US to Edward Green UK sizing. What causes some concern though is that you say that Rain and Inca are a little snug in UK 8.5, because Carmina runs a little larger than EG in sizing and both these lasts are also wide lasts (equal to or close to Edward Green F-width). Please e-mail us for further assistance: [email protected]

The 82 last is a modern round last, more aggressive than the very traditionally round 202 last. 888 is a very nice chiseled last.
