I am trying to prepare for Kentucky Derby Day and I would like to know if anyone could give me some new ideas to add a little spice to the traditional garment (seersucker suit).

Best regards,

Just to piggyback on this topic, can this pattern be considered "seersucker" as well? I've never seen it before but the texture is the same as the basic striped seersucker variety.

Oh and, does the little sheep logo mean this is a BB Golden Fleece? I thought that label was for wool items only.

afaik, seersucker refers to the texture of the material and not to the pattern. I suppose that would be a seersucker check jacket

bonus: seersucker comes from the persian "sheer o shekar" meaning literally "milk and sugar"--milky smooth, with a sort of bumpy effect (sugar) thrown in
