That's hilarious. My sentiments exactly. I saw the shoes and weren't interested because I wasn't feeling the last shape, notwithstanding they are *hopefully* EGs. However, I've been checking this thread in earnest just to see how this all unfolds. Chicks watch soap operas. I read styleforum...

Actually this would be a good case study in the rational behaviour of Styleforum members. Polo essentially gave us a free option: free shipping and the shoes can be returned for free to any Polo store. Given that there was no transaction cost, we had no reason not to order the shoes to see if it was a great deal or not.
Anyway, mine shipped Fedex.
