Pullover shirts / Club Collar shirts - Some help with details

I am thinking of getting a couple of pullover shirts and a couple of club collar shirts tailored for casual wear. I require help with some details of the same.

1. Pullover Shirts - What is the correct way to wear short sleeved pullover shirts. Something like this http://www.hamilton1883.com/our_shirts/pullover.html. Are they supposed to wear tucked in or untucked. What should the length of the shirt be in case the length of my dress shirts is 31".

Someone had posted a pic of a Finamore shirt in a thread recently. I am unable to find the pic. If someone knows where I can find it I would appreciate the link.

2. Club Collar Shirts - In case of contrast club collar shirts what should the color of the cuffs be ? Mostly I have seen non contrast cuffs like the one below. But is Ok to have only contrast collar without the contrast cuffs.

I tend to prefer non contrast cuffs with contrast collars in general.

The way you wear your pull over is largely up to you.
