I like a variety of folds,and it's a real PITA when I want to use those squares but I want "tails up".
That's never a problem for me. I hate the evil-jester-in-the-pocket look.

Opting instead for the 'my pocket lining is turned inside out' poof.
Also includes some of my old shirts recycled as pocket squares.

Why would you want the tails up on a silk square? They are silk, not little furry animals, aren't they? Is that why PITA is after you?
Well, I tend to prefer a 'semi-swirled clump' to a simple 'poof'.
