I see carbs.Re-colonizing the high school cafeteria with an adult version is Salisbury steak. Ground short rib myself, Dijon and demi mushroom gravy. Damn good.

I've baked off a ton of Brussels sprouts but on Saturday, for the first time ever, I slice/shredded them vs. just trimming and cutting in half. Very good result, nice an caramelized, and I stirred into some Trader Joe's Harvest Medley. A fine side dish and one I'll serve company.
