One bit of advice for ordering from Opening Ceremony: If you see something online, you are much better off calling either store and placing a phone order if they have it. Most of the online stock is what is on the floor of the shops. So, if you place an online order, someone else could place a phone order for the same item or buy it in-store before the item is pulled for your online order. To top it off, the online inventory database is not real-time with that of the shops. I remember someone saying how terrible they thought OC's customer service is, but they were nothing but helpful when I asked them to cancel my online order so I could place a phone order. In fact, they just called me back to let me know that it will ship tomorrow.

Oh, and it was 75% off in store as opposed to 70% off online.

Depends on what you are looking for. Form what I have heard, most of their 70% off happens next month, but I guess I lucked out. I would maybe check online or call first?

^ That's awesome zissou. I went to o.c on sunday and ervell/schneider were still only 30%. I am expecting further discounts in a few weeks. But yeah, what's on sales online should give you an idea of what to expect in store.

OC staff is very helpful actually, when you first walk in they look like a bunch of strokes but are quite the opposite. The guy in ny hooked me up with my ss cardi and stole in advance of the sale too since he was originally from the same part of socal.

Someone already mentioned this on Sufu. Over the Rainbow in Toronto is having a 50% off jeans sale this week. They have Iron Heart 634S on sale for C$180.00. Very good prices IMHO. Sizing is limited though (sale started Dec 26, 09). Just went there this morning, they still have 3 size 34 and 1 size 38. They may have smaller sizes, but I didn't check. I am told they don't do phone order. Drop by if you want a pair.


Even though I hate OTR with a passion, that is a damn nice price. I wish they had a 36.
