Does anyone know about shipping from luisviaroma? Do they charge customs/duties, how long does it take?

If you are from the US I believe customs charges are included in the price of the item. I imagine it shouldn´t take more than 3/4 days to be delivered.

every time bonobos has a promotion it is a complete disaster (codes not working or missing, site crashing, etc)
for a e-tailer they don't seem do get the whole "e commerce" part of it.
