For sale I have a NWT Polo Ralph Lauren cotton twill field jacket in a solid olive colour, described as "Patrol Olive" on the tag. A real staple item of mens outerwear from a forum favourite brand.

The coat is made from 100% cotton and is lined only in the back with a further thin layer of cotton twill. Most of the standard styling details of the field jacket are present on this example. The jacket is single breasted with a zip front, the zipper being then covered by a buttoned flap. Of course there are the expected external pockets; two large lower front pockets and one chest pocket over the left breast. Interestingly the lower front pockets are "double" pockets, in that they have a flap which conceals an internal zipped pocket that sits directly behind the main external pocket opened via a button flap. A bit unusual so take a look at the pictures to observe how these work. There's also a triple buttoned pocket all the way across the lower back of the jacket, but I think this is just for show rather than utility.

The jacket's sleeves feature a dual button fastening which permits adjustment. You'll note corduroy fabric has been used on the underside of the pocket flaps and on the inside facing of the collar. The main zipper has a cow leather attachment.

It is tagged as a Size M and would seem to fit best for a 40R type of guy. This should be worn over a sweater so there needs to be some room to accommodate layers underneath. There are a couple of spare buttons attached to the tag. Please note that, from picture No. 22 onwards, the colour of the jacket is not correctly reproduced. I decided to include these photos to highlight design features of the jacket, despite the failure to colour correct those images so that they reflect the true colour.

Price is $600 shipped CONUS or the EU
