No stockists that I know of for A/W. You can email the storeroom but, may not get through- I'll pm you about this. 750usd + depending on color.

Digging those pants

Even though I hope those exposed zipper pulls are accidental and not some misguided design detail

I don't wear my boots very often but I consider them to be one of the best purchases I've made.

Would have loved to found the silver spray paint version that chips off the way the black/olive does.

The most unappealing color. What's the consensus on NiCo's knit quality?

I've always been a fan of their materials, it just really depends if you like the aesthetic/finish enough to justify the price. Quality is about last on people's gripe list with nico.

Because it appeals to a broad audience, and has a strong direction. It's been around since 2000, and collections have been pretty consistent and focused, with details like raw edges and exposed or reversed seams, color stories like oxblood and navy, and themes like travel and military, carrying over. They also carried the "locally made" flag well before the current incarnation. It is typically horribly merchandised though. The only place where I saw it well presented was at Louis Boston, in about 2003-2004. Also, they cut a mean jacket. The Nice Collective peacoat for FW05 is one of the best cut peacoats I've seen to date, whether you like the details or not.

ahem. I merchandised it very well at Co-Op Chevy Chase.

It's certainly not bad (though some of the fits on some the knitwear were unforgivable.) However it just seems that there are way better options. Whether you want military inspired stuff, lux punk stuff, minimal graphic tees or combat boots there are either much cheaper or much better designed, more luxurious options.

Not so much to pick on NiCo specifically, more my general distaste for mid-tier brands.
