Hi Grimslade, you would not tell but the captoe and the monk are on exactly the same last (a moderately elongated last). Apart from the style and leather, some appearance difference is due to the fact that the captoe is Blake and the monk is GY.

Interesting. I can see it now you pointed it out. The first time around, the wingtips looked more square, but they may also have been because of the little lip they are resting against. Or maybe I'm just blind.

Hi Grimslade, you are not blind at all. They appear quite different even in the flesh. In fact different styles can make the same last look quite different....

Hello Fra,
nice shop indeed and marvelous shoes especially the Italian Masters collection.
Could you please send me details about models and relevant costs, it would be very appreciated.
Also, you are mentioning customization of the shoes in order to get close to bespoke, does it involve modifications to the last only, or any other adjustments ? I suppose that this would represent additional cots and longer lead time - is my assumption correct ?

Thanks

As a public service, would Fra be willing to post prices into the thread rather than send individual PMs - there seems to be enough unsolicited interest to warrant it.

Alfele, TC11201,

I am sorry I did not pop in before but there are so many threads on Styleforum that you easily miss some of them. Thank you very much for your interest in our shoes.

I will in any case send you a PM (TC11201, the thread was very old when Afele popped in).

Kindest regards.
