Having trouble finding a shop that has these in stock to try on (or, honestly, a shop in my area with any appreciable selection), which means I basically have to order a pair sight unseen. That said, I think I'm pretty sure I want one of these. Thoughts?

We obviously need to see your face before we can tell... but on its own merits alone, I think I prefer #3. I like that it's a little more squared off at the outside edges, but not quite so square as #1.

I prefer plastic frames, but thats just a matter of personal preference.

I wouldn't buy any of those glasses, but I suppose the best pair are the 8609's i guess.

Have to agree, something very "early 00's" looking about them. I liked them at the time, but now they look dated to me.

I guess I'm not likely to agree. I know they're not in fashion, but that doesn't bother me any more than it bothered me when they were in fashion. I'm generally less fond of rimmed sunglass frames; also just an issue of taste. I'm also probably going with something substantial and angular for my opthalmics, so I kind of want some contrast in my sunglasses. Can't post a picture of my face. Can't compromise super secret identity.

Probably going with the 8610s, but I'm curious how anyone here who has titanium rimless sunglasses carries them around. Because they can't fold flat, there's no way to carry them in a pocket or something, which makes them pretty inconvenient. It's been one of the more irritating things about my ophthalmics. They do offer folding rimless, but they're pretty ugly.
