Need help locating John Lobb 2010 St. Crepin

I have been having problems locating a pair of dark brown John Lobb 2010 St. Crepin in 11E. Other than Leather Soul and the John Lobb NY and CA stores, who else might carry these?

I'm going to guess that you have to go to the sources mentioned above for these (unless you know a guy selling them out of the back of a truck).

I'm assuming that you do not want to pay full retail and are looking for a cheaper source? These are considered halo shoes by some and you won't find them at your local Marshalls.

Are you having trouble getting the size you want? Or are you just trying to see if you can get a bargain?

Two weeks ago I walked into the Madison store and they looked up the worldwide inventory. I saw that you can still get pretty much any size but I would need to get mine shipped from Jermyn street or Hong Kong. I did not see any dark brown pairs - I actually thought they just made them in those Cabernet like colors, but could be wrong.

As far as getting a discount, I don't think that it's possible right now. Maybe in the fall but you have to get extremely lucky

I am having trouble finding my size.

Leather Soul has it in the black but I would prefer the dark brown misty. I will ask the JL NY store to check inventory beyond their CA store. Thank you. I'm not sure why they didn't do that for me. Instead, they offered to have it made with a July delivery.

With that said, if I do have to have it made, I'll see if Leather Soul can do it and while I'm at it, I might as well change the last too to a more rounded toe. Which JL last most resembles the rounded toe of EG's 202 last? In my eye, the JL 7000 is more pointed like EG's 82.

I have confirmed it is not possible to change lasts or select a different color with the St. Crepins although it is still possible to order any size of either color of this year's St. Crepin. If you are still looking for a 2010 St. Crepin, I suggest getting one ordered soon.

If someone knows where to locate the 2009 St. Crepin in 11E, please let me know. Thank you!
