that one jacket seems like it may be gunning to compete with the technical cycling rain jackets (ala Showers Pass's Elite line).
however, from the pics, it looks like the cuffs may be a total flop... which has been my main complaint about various Nau pieces, especially the Rebound.
it works for riding around in the wet Portland winters, but the zip cuffs never close tight enough... thus allowing cold drafts and wetness to creep up.
i've yet to find a jacket that has cuffs that rival the quality and functionality of the Showers pass Elite and Mtn Elite jackets.
however, Nau certainly has them beat in the looks department.
after looking at the additional photos on the blog, it seems like the cuffs have a zip AND snap closure.
i'll be surprised if it can be as secure as velcro. but if it pans out, it would be a nice alternative.
i can't really tell how it's supposed to function from the pictures, but i'll definitely have to check it out when i'm back in the states.
then again, they'll probably be sold out by then : /
