My brother bought a pair of M&S Sartorial loafers (second hand; the range was discontinued years ago) and they are a little too small for him, thus are likely to fit me. We aren't in the same country so I want to know if its worth the international postage fees for him to send them to me.

Normally I wouldn't look at shoes from M&S but I know their Sartorial range had items of significantly higher quality than usual (canvassed suits etc.) so wondered if I should make an exception here. I bought a jacket from this range on eBay years ago and it was a lovely, spongy navy check tweed from Moon, but sadly too short.

Does anyone know the quality level on shoes from this range? Sole construction, leather quality, etc.? Any idea who made them? Or has anyone owned a pair and can speak from experience?
