(with apologies to Bion and Operation Ivy)

They call it a thread I call it disaster
Down here the trolls grow up faster
Scared they're scared to the bone
Like a pack of wolves they don't run alone
One on one they won't look Vaclav in the eye
But when the pack's together there's a battle cry
I saw it fifteen on one
When the cabal dispersed the Trad was done

Chorus
No (no more)
No (Trad town)
No more Trad town

No (no more)
No (Trad town)
No more Trad town

Yeah, down there you gotta have a label
Just like a cattle in a stable
Knee jerk reaction I call it violence
Why speak out when you could be silenced
Down there lurking on the dance floor
Too much violence the Trad dont want more
Down there out on the street
They're all hot air, but V's packing heat.

First they came for the communists and I did not speak out because I was not a communist.
Then they came for the trade unionists and I did not speak out because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews and I did not speak out because I was not a Jew.
Finally, they came for me and there was no one left to speak out.

It seems Vaclav loves Style Forum much more than Style Forum loves Vaclav.

Personally, I've always found him to be sympathetic and considerate, at least toward me. His Trad Cars of Europe thread was one of my favorite threads ever. Too bad it was lost in the Great Crash.

I haven't been around much lately, so I don't know what antics earned him a time out. I understand he once posted a thread about gorgonzola that was so offensive that it was deleted very quickly. Did he mention gorgonzola again?

True enough, the country is calm. Calm as a morgue or a grave, would you not say?

definitely wouldnt say that with all the fnb board invasions (which are far more entertaining than excessive use of commas)

People talk about peace in the world, but we don't even have a consistent peace here. None of this is to be construed as arguing with j or the mods, entering civil society, even this society, is a contract and I'm happy with it or I wouldn't be here.

I refer to the animus that can be displayed in such a relatively homogeneous society as we have here. There are posters here who really get up my nose; I'm sure I really annoy some of you. All due to the "differing faculties and abilities" of man, as Madison put it. Deal. Courtesy is every man's own affair, but decency is a debt to life.

Regards,
Huntsman

With Vaclav I've always thought that beyond the posts there is a lot sly intelligence in the background attempting to subvert what we discuss on this board. He maybe the most brillant troll we've ever had. Then again, it could be it's 5:30 in the morning and I've been up all night writing a paper...

A.

Welcome back btw Nantucket.

We shall see if there will be an improvement to the latest Vaclav iteration. I cannot say that I will miss the sheer amount of chaff the old Vaclav "contributed" to the forum.
