I tried on some Ravazzolo and Isaia suits over the weekend... Both suits felt absolutely fantastic...

I just pulled the trigger on this one...

awesome-- that's a pretty bold stripe, but i think it will be fairly easy to coordinate with shirts and ties. looking forward to the photos of the suit on you.

I am coming to terms with Isaia sizing, which is very different from both Brioni and Oxxford (size 42 = 44 inch chest, but for Isaia size 40 = 44 inch chest!), so I need to drop down a size. my two isaia suits still look OK, but it isn't really the look the designer intended. I'm planning to visit the Isaia trunk show in phoenix on 8 december, looking to pick up a new suit or sportcoat. Isaia is one of my new favorite brands, and I feel you get a good value (as opposed to the much higher priced luxury suit labels, prices in the stratosphere)

I'm not sure how isaia changed since 2007 but for me, the isaias I've tried on all run true to size. So 42r equals 44 chest around theres.

how can you look at pictures on a dummy model and say 'this looks great'

while in another thread, i read "this looks sh1t even on the dummy"
