is Evisu a disappointing brand?

I´ve heard a lot of about Evisu denim... but when I got to see their stuff and touch it, try it... I thought it was overpriced and of very average quality.
What do you think?

Evisu is probably comparable to Nudies and other jeans that the general population think are high end. They have some offerings that compare to other higher end Japanese brands but they generally aren't that great.

It is the original high end/sought after denim and is a marriage between Hypebeasts and Superfuture. It was cool, but it was also higher quality than most other stuff.
