ID a Shirt For Me

In need of a little help. I pulled this image from the WAYWT I thread. I was just browsing for ideas and this shirt caught my eye as something that's out of the ordinary, but not totally crazy in terms of my style. Thanks in advance.

edit: As an aside, those half-button bib band collar shirts can be had by RRL on ebay (none I've ever seen in that color though). BoO makes them too, no?

Zara makes/made something similar, think Rag&Bone did, too, etc. RRL is probably your best bet.
