I am going to be in Hong Monday through Wednesday. Looking to meet up with anyone, as I am traveling there for business. I imagine I would have Monday night through Wed noon free. Looking to shop high end stores, eat expensive food and hang out at my expensive hotel and then maybe going out to a Helicopter ride. Anyone interested in joining? I'm single 33 year old China man.

Yup half a century old.

Mainly by running 5km a day, and avoiding sugar filled junk food.
