Help on dress shirt sizing

I recently stumbled across this forum and have been doing my best to learn as fast as possible. I got the shoes down. My suit I had before finding this forum and am not to happy with it. It's a 3 button and I wish it was a 2 and my lapels are a bit wide, but I got to deal with it for the time being. I do not wear it often enough to justify getting a new on just yet. My concern then lies in the length of my sleeves. I am an avid watch wearer from Omega to Panari and would like my suit to accent this the best it possibly can. I personally feel that my sleeves may be a bit long. The suit has been tailored and I think that they did a good job for how indecisive I was at the time of purchase. I want to order a shirt from taylorstore or mytaylor. I want to make sure that my suit sleeve length is good before I decide on my shirt sleeve length. I also was wondering how much sleeve is good to have showing when my arms are fully at my sides. Thank you all for your comments in advance and please try to refrain from dissing my suit. The shirt length looks okay. The suit sleeves look too long. Probably somewhere between one-quarter and one-half inch of cuff should be showing. That the tailor did alterations without doing that is not a good sign. Also, the jacket's sleeve pitch looks off, and your right shoulder looks low.

Thank you very much for the response. I agree that the sleeves looked about half inch to long. Also can you tell me what sleeve pitch is? I'm guessing that it is the rotation of the sleeve? Like the buttons are turned sideways. Also how would I get the shoulder fixed and what makes it look low? Thank you very much for he help. Also how can I find a good tailor? I want some shirts fixed around the waste and they are expensive hand sewn shirts so I would rather not have them screw it up. The dry cleaner has a tailor at it around here but I'm betting that they suck. Thanks again guys

Yes, it's rotation of the sleeve. The low (dropped) shoulder is your body. Maybe exercise can help. Definitely a good tailor can compensate for it. Maybe a high-quality menswear store can recommend one. It's very unlikely that advanced tailoring will be done well at a drycleaner.
