I wanted to Be into Music and UFC but I wonder why not consider to be a designer also.

(just kidding drizzt don't kill me) you certainly can make a career in fashion, although i've heard fashion schools are ridiculously expensive, not that it'd matter if you do really well anyway.

To break into the business you need to start at the bottom and work your way up. I'll talk to Ralph Lauren and see if I can get you a job on an assembly line at one of his plants in Malaysia. I've got a really good feeling about this.

You should apply to Barbizon. It is a very well established fashion school.

What are The basics and is it really necessary to go to fashion school,
I consider myself very good at styling but why bother going to school when you can learn alot in other places besides fashion school.

I agree with you completely, KingofKings. Any sort of formal training would hold little appeal to a 16 year old master in styling. I'm sure someone will recognize your talent if you spend enough time showing off in the foodcourt of your local mall. Just try not to let it get to your head and don't forget about us over here at SF. These next few years are probably going to be a real whirlwind for you.

You're right again. I only think about his hit styles.

KingOfKings, look for a poster named Eric Glennie. He can help you out.

KoK, you're right. Fashion school is over-rated. You can learn more studying what's in at Abercrombine and Fitch from season to season. Check out Glennie, you'll definitely be waaay ahead of the fashion curve. You'll also learn a lot from runway fashion from him. His wealth of knowledge about designers, their approach, their collections, is staggering.
