Hi all,
You may remember I was on here a few months back asking for clothing advice. I appreciate the help I got, wasn't quite comfortable in some things but am getting on ok now and more comfortable in what I am buying.
I'd like to now ask about hair cuts. I appreciate this isn't clothing but is about style so hoping you can all help me.
Now to start off, I'd rather not post a picture of my face on here. So I appreciate that might make things a bit difficult.
For years I have grade one'd my head. I have a partly receeding hairline at the front but its not terrible, still have hair in the middle portion.
I am wondering whether to attempt to grow my hair and do more with it. As a younger man, I was never happy with my hair. It is a hassle to have to gel it every day and so I didn't do that. I also have a mental aversion to having a 'flamboyant' hairstyle. Its similar to the fear of being noticed I had with clothing. I have a fairly thin face so worry that any 'big' hairstyle looks silly, making my head look wider at the top than my chin area is.
I'm not sure what to do. My hair is now getting to about grade 2 length and looking scruffy and I'm so close to shaving it grade one again. I know to grow it longer would take months, so not sure how to make the transition, or whether I should even bother.
Thanks
