Gift suggestion

So im a love struck fool who just had his girlfriend get him a baby blue 100% cashmere sweater and ties from Gianfrancoferre and Christian Lacroix. Now I dont know much but I sure as hell need to get her something back. Can anyone suggest any ideas?

i personally would go to Tiffany and get her one of those sterling silver rings that are real popular. they are around $150-200 not sure if that is in your price range for a return gift.

Bad advice. Take her out for a little shopping trip or buy her something special--Tiffany's is always a good suggestion. What's your budget?
