I've got a suit that I got about 8 years ago and dry-cleaned once about 2 years ago before I knew better. The lapels have some puckering, which I reckon is probably the result of the fact that it's almost certainly fused, plus the dry cleaning, which may have steamed it instead of pressing.
I worry that any further application of heat, water, or otherwise futzing with it will worsen the problem. Any thoughts on whether a tailor could press these out or whether it can't be helped? Thanks in advance.
