just got Fullcount 1109 21oz delivered by the big UK retailer. And was disappointed (read killed) by the red tab manually cut off with the scissors from the back pocket. wtf
the answer was: this is what we have to do due to Levis has been visiting retailers and prosecuting them for selling items with this registered red label etc.
Well, sounds like a truth.. I even know Fullcount no longer manufactures their jeans with that red tab. But shops cutting it manually of the jeans... is something I can not explain to myself.
any thoughts / advice on this? is it true? is it a normal practice I should accept.
does every retailer do such things to the bottoms with 'Levis' red tab?
