Classically styled M51 / fishtail parka from Gant Rugger. It's made of a lightweight, water-resistant olive cotton with a sky-blue lining in a smooth synthetic material. It has all the orthodox M51 details: zip plus press stud front, two flapped pockets at the hips, drawstring at the waist with front pulls, fishtail hem, and a very well-constructed and practical hood. I'd say that the weight is appropriate for early summer on the East Coast, and for mid-summer in (say) Maine. It's a gorgeous jacket and has never been worn! A fantastic deal at $120.
