I used to be a big fan of the NBA going back nearly 20 years so that puts Olujawon (sp!?) right in that window. Awesome player, I was more of a power fan though and my favourite player at the time was Shawn Kemp, loved watching him and the telepathic Gary Payton. At 6'10" he was only slightly shorter than Hakeem but his movement was amazing, 48" vertical jump and this is a kid who had rickets and braces on his legs until he was 12!

I own a jacket that would qualify me to take part in this challenge but unfortunately it's not an ideal fit. When I do have better fitting clothes I will take part

We had guests in the morning, so I was forbidden from taking an actual picture.

Not a real entry, so don't worry about including it. But I do believe that inch for inch, my cashmere PoW is the best among the fabrics so far. Alas...not a suit (so it's sort of like being the most well endowed man in the room but suffering from erectile dysfunction).

Also, 5 patterns (pow, herringbone, windowpane, houndstooth, and paisley).

My glen check is from Churchill approved woollen flannel. Sort of.

Hello Gent's, I haven't done this before so here goes. Thought I'd do the same suit in a couple of different styles. Hope that's ok?? Cheers, Peter

Congratulations to every person who participated in this. I've been following the thread since its inception, and it's filled with some astonishingly wonderful stuff. I'm not voting since I didn't participate, and I'm glad of it: I have no idea on what grounds I would decide to vote against one of these.

So thanks to all for several days worth of really beautiful plaid, from a very appreciative onlooker.

    Cheers,

    Ac

Edit: And, while I thought it would go without saying, congratulations as well of course to the Fair and Kind Ruler of the competition. [IMG]
