Pitch is an angle, not high or low. I can't tell you what modifications you need, but looks like needs to be rotated inwards? Better ask a qualified tailor.

Yes, it's an angle, and that angle can be characterized as low or high. I didn't know exactly what you meant by sleeve pitch, so I did some research and this article explains it well (a few scrolls down). I'm also familiar with the high-low pitch terminology from aeronautics.

The lpitch (angle) is relative to the plane that represents the front of the suit.

TL;DR - A low pitch is when the sleeve-cuff is rotated a bit forward, for folks who have naturally straight postures - shoulders back and erect - their hands tend to pitch forward. A high pitch is when it is angled back for a more shoulders forward and hands back posture.

Anyway, thanks for the feedback. I learned something new.
