I'm down for Vale over Jermyn II just because I prefer the 8000 last and like the variety of the museum calf. Both are ridiculous, though!

I think it'll be easier for members to vote if the OP posts pictures of each model. Not every members are shoe geek like us that know every JL and EG models ever existed.

My only objection to the Vale is that trouser cuffs can get caught on the buckle/strap. It's gorgeous in theory but in practice can be a little annoying.

The Vale in either plum museum calf or chestnut museum calf is on my wish list.

I voted for the Matta II:

- just the nicest "normal" monkstrap that I've ever seen, particularly with the cool buckle and seamless heel.

I like the Jermyn II and Vale, but think they're a bit too quirky for me to wear and so I'd just end up putting them on display...

Don't like the Chapel, but do like the Naseby. As double monkstraps go though, I prefer the (regular line) Derwent:

I voted Vale, because it has the cleanest design (to my eye) and I do not like double monks.

I will have a pair of these one day.

Derwent or William are the only ones that interest me at all.

I voted for Chapel. However, I may be singing a different tune when my Parisian Brown Vales come in.
