Doesn't qualify as a Beatles song, but John Lennon's "Mother" is a favorite.

Although I'm not certain it's my absolute favourite Beatles song, I've loved 'She Came In Through The Bathroom Window' for a long time. The melody is just beautiful, and it works incredibly well in the context of the side B medley of Abbey Road.

'Soon, we'll be away from here...'

My daughters gave me an edition of Rolling Stone rating the Top 100 Beatles songs. Some real surprises there.
