denimbar not answering my emails

i don't know where to put this but i need help so hopefully you guys can plz bear with it I sent denimbar emails about an order (to [email protected]) and I still have not gotten a response what gives? do i have to call them to speak to them? i would prefer not to since i live in canada and that would be long distance for me. does any one know their contact number? do they have a toll free number? thanks

I know it's a bizarre concept but Have you tried PM'ing me???
We also have a toll free number.

Also Emily and Dave are very busy because of the father's day sale. I can't work them 7 days a week.
