Reminds me I gotta try BB Milano fit chinos @ 2/$100.

There are at least 3 Daffy's in NYC.

The one I've had the most luck with is the one on Madison/43rd across from Brooks Brothers. They always have a few pairs in the desired sizes of 46/48/50.

The Daffy in Soho and the one around Battery Park are just sh*t.

I was looking at their seasonal cotton offerings, not their Milano fit Advantage chinos, but I hear ya. I think someone mentioned that the measured waist size is pretty close to the listed/tagged size on these. Would like to get the usual set of measurements for a size 31 and 32 in those to compare.

Ha, that's the one I checked out! They had I pair of nice light grey Inco for Zegna in 48, but w/ double reverse pleats...

The Incos and Mabitexes I've picked up on B&S have been pretty hit or miss, fair number ended up at Goodwill.

Just buy them in different sizes, return the ones you don't keep, problem solved. I am getting rid of all the incotex/mabitex chinnos and switching to BB chinnos, fit is same,no iron, better yet,no hemming. They come hemmed and are perfect for me,well, and they are cheap

You 'mericans get it so damn easy w/ free return shipping and all. Up here, I have to deal with FedEx billing me $$$ customs brokerage fees post delivery, have that unpaid bill wander around accounting, through HR, before getting to me. Pay those fees, then contact Customs to get a reimbursement of taxes on the returned merch. P.i.t.a.
