collection of ties

i am looking to start collecting some ties, What are some names i should be looking at and what is a timeless style for ties and what should i stay away from?

Hermès ties are good, but overpriced IMO.

Drakes or E.& G. Cappelli offer ties at the same quality level (if not better) for much less...

I recently replaced over 30 ties from my collection with Sam Hober. Without a single doubt in my mind the best ties available at any price.

Couldn't agree more. I now have over 100 Hober's and have been unable to find anything that matches the quality and customization for the price.
