I think Seoul was a bit overrated by people I had talked to before I went, but certainly some amazing hotties there. I seem to remember Rome having some hot women. Amsterdam had its fair share too. It's hard to say, every city on the planet has beautiful women and I tend to filter out the 5s and below.
