Church's peccary shoes

These are part of a small collection of unworn shoes from a local millionaires estate. I'd be very interested in knowing more about these two pairs of unworn Church's shoes in peccary leather. Vintage? Design? Apparently a peccary is a tiny pig and the leather is remarkably soft. Thanks in advance for the wisdom.

You can't compare anything Alden ever made to pre-prada Church's peccary footwear. Good peccary gloves start @ $300 and wear like steel. Peccary shoes should also wear well and not fold or crease like soft leather from alden?
