I am 5'11 165lb and have long arms...

Where should my sleeve length end? I got a medium slim fit H&M shirt and when my hands are parallel so my side hanging down the sleeve ends right at the division of my hand/wrist/arm. I feel like they are too short because when i fold my arms or pick something up on the floor they go like 2-3 inches above where my arm ends. When my arms are hanging down, you can clearly see my watch.

Too short?

Yes, probably too short. You could wear it with the sleeves rolled up if you really like the shirt.

That is why you should buy shirts with proper neck and sleeve sizers instead of SMLXL sizing.

I haven't taken the tags off so I can still exchange it. Keep i mind this is just a causal shirt that will be untucked with dark raw denim.

When my arms are extended straight zombie style should the sleeves still be right where my wrist ends/hand begins? At this point they are about 2-3 inches away from that.

Looks great when my arms are down though.

Then why do you care about the fit of the sleeves? Return the shirt if you don't like the way it looks.

IMHO opinion it sounds like the sleeves are a little too short. For a casual shirt worn with jeans I might not care though. It sounds like you do care, however. You could try sizing up but the fit might be off in other areas and not look right. This is why I loathe SMLXL sized button up shirts.

I have the same problem. I wear a medium, but need a large sleve length, but even then the sleves are a bit large. I just have a few SMLXL sized shirts, ones that I really like, otherwise I go for a proper sized dress shirt.
To answer your question, the sleves do sound too short, exchange it for a dress shirt.

Does H&M carry these proper sized dress shirts. And if so, can they be worn untucked?
