Brown Dress Boot

I am looking for a nice dress boot that would do well in conservative business casual. One with a rubber sole (will need to be used in rain/snowy conditions). What would you suggest? I know this comes out soon:

But does anyone have any other suggestions? I'm looking for a medium to dark brown. Also, should have sleek enough toe and soles. It would also be nice for soles to be brown as well. I hate the whole black rubber sole with brown leather. It can't be that hard to get the side of the soles to match the leather color. And price, around and under 200 would be great. Anyways, suggestions please. Thanks!

I like that boot quite a bit. Who makes it and where is it sold? Under $200 is going to be tough for a dress boot. If you can get that boot for less than $200, go for it.

I am willing to pay around that if I must, just curious if there were options around or under $200.

End-of-season clearance sales at Brook Brothers sometimes dip below $200, for shoes at least, but probably not for boots. Last year chorse123 managed to score a bunch of C&J-made BB boots for something like $200 or just below (IIRC), but that was at their warehouse sale in NYC (or the like). Of course, these types of deals do exist from time to time, but counting on them is a longshot.
