welcome to the boards

if you don't mind spending a little more, you could also look for Zimmerli

I swear by Under Armour Boxerjock boxer shorts. Tried them out while in Iraq...since my return in 2006, they have held up beautifully, no pun intended.

I'm gonna second Sunspel, the two-button short in particular - the seam goes from side to side, which is much more comfortable.

CK micromodal trunks. very nice. size down one for a more snug fit and to hold your, um, package in place a bit better. they're stretchy and offer better support in the smaller size.

i meant more along the lines of the X line or one of the others

Got it. I pretty much stick with the regular cotton boxer briefs just in different leg lengths and colors. I'm not sure what the basics are called, if they even have a name.

I'll wear different leg lengths depending on what I'm doing. Shorter to wear with shorts and during warmer weather and longer when the weather is cooler and / or with baggier pants.

I have a couple pairs of their CK regular briefs but they don't fit all that well (a little small for me) but I only wear them if I'm wearing a pair of slim sugarcanes or something like that. I don't like the briefs that much but I have never found a brand that I like better with regard to those either.

I've never tried the micromodal shorts or any others by CK and I'm about 6', 200lbs. I'm barely tall and thin with slightly thicker legs so when I try brands like 2xist they're extremely small and just completely ill fitting.
