There are so many belt options, styles, colors, buckles, etc... I'd like to see some suggestions and recommendations. Belts and buckles seem to be an overlooked accessory on the forum.

It is a shame more importance isn't paid to the belt and buckle. This is partly due to the fact that many people are so large (being polite) that the buckle will never seen the light of day and neither will 3/4 of the hide.

If you have some good coin to spend on a quality belt there are a great names I like: Mark Kielty (buckles) , April in Paris (unusual color luxury hide work), Flemmings (custom hides and buckles,) Bill Julian (custom hide work), JW Cooper (retail store in NY and Bal Harbor).

I think one reason no cares about belts is also there is little understanding of what differentiates crap from craftsmanship.

Below is why you pay for custom. Hook belt with alligator hide (Flemmings). Can't get something like this OTR.
