Hey all,
As the title suggests, I'm looking around at tailoring apprenticeships in the area, but I'm not sure how many bespoke tailors there are, and how many of them offer an apprenticeship. I know Al's Attire is a popular place to start, but I've heard that slots fill up quickly, so I figured having 1 or 2 backups would be good.
Also, if anyone happens to know if there are any general requirements (i.e. skill level or previous projects) for getting an apprenticeship at a tailor, that would be much appreciated. I can do a running stitch, invisible hem stitch, and pad stitch. I can also shank buttons fairly well. Beyond that, I'm very much a beginning sewer.
