An exploration later picked up on by Der Blaue Reiter, impacting the entire development of abstraction in Western art in the 20th century. Never gets the respect due him. One of my favorites. LOL. That sounds better than mine. He was a hippie with a lot of rage, like a Raymond Pettibon character, and he looked exactly like Professor Cuthbert from the TinTin books.
