Three summers ago, I was given a blue dress shirt from a colleague who had spent some time in Italy. We hadn't met yet, so he didn't know my true size, and he purchased a 16/41 when I wear more of a 15. It's quite a nice shirt and I've been looking to add a new blue shirt to my wardrobe, so I'm going to get it tailored. I believe he said the shirt was hand-made but I could be wrong.
1. Does anyone know about this label? It says:

2. I've never had a shirt tailored before. I will want it slimmed so that it works both with a suit and with business casual dress. Any specific instructions I should give?
